Kai Studio is operated by King Tech Solutions ("we", "us"). This policy explains, briefly, what our website and our Wix apps do with information.
1. What we collect
We do not collect or store personal information about you, your customers or your site's visitors on our own servers. If you email us, we keep that email so we can reply. Our website is served by Cloudflare, which keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the service.
2. Our apps
Our apps run inside your own Wix site. Information an app needs to work is saved in your own Wix site's storage, not ours. Frame Feeds, for example, saves your Instagram connection and your recent posts in your site's storage, and you can remove them with the Disconnect button. Each app's settings are saved with the app on your site.
If we later add anonymous technical monitoring, such as whether a refresh worked, we will update this policy first.
3. How we use information
Only to run the apps, answer your messages, keep our services secure and meet legal duties. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Other companies involved
Wix hosts the apps and handles billing. Cloudflare serves this website. Apps may connect to services you choose to use, such as Instagram (Meta), Google or PayPal, which have their own privacy policies.
5. How long we keep it
Emails to us are kept as long as needed to help you and meet legal duties. Anything an app saves on your site stays there until you remove it or uninstall the app.
6. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct or delete your information, or to object to how it is used. Email hey@kaistudioco.com and we will help. See also how to delete your data.
8. Security
We protect the apps' secrets and keep access limited. No system is completely secure, and we will tell affected people promptly if something goes wrong.
9. Children
Our apps and website are for businesses and are not directed at children.
