Terms of service
These terms apply to our website and our Wix apps, operated by King Tech Solutions ("we", "us"). By installing or using an app you agree to them.
1. The apps
Our apps depend on Wix and on services such as Instagram, Google and PayPal, so features can change or stop if their services or rules change.
2. Your responsibilities
- Use the apps only with sites and accounts you own or are allowed to manage.
- Follow the terms of Wix and of any service you connect.
- You are responsible for the content you display and for complying with the laws that apply to your site.
3. Plans and payment
Each app has a free plan, and paid plans are optional. Billing is handled by the platform you install from, such as Wix.
4. No guarantee
We work to keep the apps running but do not promise they will be uninterrupted or error free. They are provided "as is".
5. Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
6. Ending
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
7. Custom work
Custom development is agreed separately, in writing.
